menu. Our tasty appetizers are freshly prepared
by our professional staff and are normally
served to your guests by our hostess
around 1 to 1.5 hours before
service of the main meal. This
time can be adjusted to suit your
particular requirements. Please add
the price per head of each tasty appetizer
to the cost of the main meal.
TRADITIONAL AUSSIE PLATTER
Tasty cabonnissi and kabana slices,
maturetwiggy sticks, sliced salami, fresh
cheese cubes, assorted dips and
crackers served with serviettes.

twiggy sticks, sliced salami, Honey shaved
ham, Mini pickled onions, Sun dried tomatoes,
Green and black pitted olives. Fresh mature
cheese cubes, assorted dips and crackers
served with serviettes.

HOT SAVOURIES
Freshly cooked tasty mini beef pies,
Mixed Vol au Vonts, Sausage rolls, Crispy
Spring rolls, Tasty Samosa and vegetarian puff
pastry's all served with the following
dipping sauces. Fresh tomato,
Barbecue, Sweet chili or
sweet and sour sauce.
